Sinaing na tulingan is a Filipino dish made with tuna, typically cooked with garlic, onions, and some spices depending on the region. There are various ways of cooking sinaing na isda across different places. It's often slow-cooked until the flavors meld together.

It's a popular dish in many regions of the Philippines, especially in coastal areas where fish is abundant. Often, this is what people do with fish to make it last and be enjoyed until the evening, sometimes even until the next day. Sometimes, when the sinaing is cooked, it's also delicious when fried or turned into Ginataan or fish with coconut stew 

It's really delicious for us Filipinos

Wow sinaing ba tulingan one of my favorite ulam. I dont know but when i have that kind of ulam we also have atchara papaya. Its perfect fair. Delicious forum looks so delicious

I love the patis of sinaing na tulingan. It makes me eat a lot when this is my ulam. Very yummy Filipino food
