It seems the Philippines do not want me to leave😅 I cannot get an exit clearance before I get my new passport restamped. This is stupidity at work, as the solution should be to bring the old passport in addition. It feels like another way to milk a foreigner out of his hard-earned money, but hey, what do I know? It could be a valid reason, I just fail to see what that could be.
