At the time of the review, this hotel cost 900 PHP per night via Agoda. I am not sure about walking-in rates at this location.
Express Inn offers decently clean rooms, but unfortunately, that is about it.
No fridge, no water heater, and no safe.
The internet was usable at the time of our visit, but just barely. We ended up using our internet from the phone as it was faster. It will be good enough for regular surfing and watching Netflix in SD quality.
We have never tried watching TV as we keep forgetting to do so.
The aircon was an old model, but not noisy.
The beds in Express Inn are unsuitable for me because of my bad back. Jessa did not like them either.
Low water pressure and no hot water for the shower.

No smoking area. You have to go outside of the hotel if you are a smoker.
This hotel does not offer breakfast.
Walking through the hallways at Express Inn and into the room, you feel you are in some hospice or European-style jail. It was just not a hotel feeling to this at all. Also, it has terrible soundproofing, which is not good in a trafficked area.
It claims to be a hotel with free parking, but there are only three spots for all rooms. The front desk girl said it was first come, first served and laughed. I was dumbfounded and upset about this. I would not book if I knew they lied about having parking. Three spots are not enough for this place.
The only plus I found at this place is that it is close to SM City Mall. However, there are better options that are also close to SM City. 7-Eleven is in the neighboring building.
