We paid approximately 750 PHP per night. On Agoda now, as I type out this review, the price was 900 PHP.

This hotel is spotless—both the rooms and the general areas in the hotel.

They do not have a fridge, water boiler, or safe in their rooms, but they have hot and cold water in reception.

Their internet is good. Our mobile internet also works well there.

There is a new, big TV with Netflix in all rooms. There are also kid's channels, Discovery Channel, and some movie channels.

Old-style aircon, but it works well and is not too noisy.

The bed is good for sleeping.

The shower has good water pressure and hot water.

The staff is amiable and cares for their guests. We also met the owner, who is super lovely.

Housekeeping on request, and they do an excellent job.

Small breakfast included in the price.

They have a small dining area near the reception and serve decent meals for a fair price. Snacks and drinks are available on-site—safe parking for your motorcycle or car. Smokers can smoke outside of the hotel.

It is close to malls, with eateries and a 7-Eleven nearby. I think 7-11 was about a 10-plus-minute walk with Liam, and he does not walk fast.

While the rooms are a bit small and not optimal for Jessa and me due to us having a 2-year-old boy, it would suit a single traveler or a couple just fine.
