GINAMUS

You might not be familiar with this, especially if youre from another country. It's called ginamus and I just saw this picture on Facebook. But I grew up with this food. Not because we had nothing else to eat, but because it was really delicious for us.Most of the people who eat this are those living in the mountains or rice fields. 

Its best enjoyed with hot coffee.You boil the banana, its better if the banana isn't too ripe.Then you add a bit of calamansi to the ginamus, and if you want it spicy, you can add chili. 

All I can say is its really delicious.
