Pen stains

Its only 1 week since my kids started to go back to school again. And im already stressed with their uniforms having pen and pencil stains. 
For the past few days im washing their uniform using Washing Machine but its so hard to remove it doesnt go away. 

First what i did is using alcohol, Its effective but for some reasons its not working on some stains. And i feel like its such a waste using alcohol. 

​​​​​​Second that i did is using our Safeguard soap. And its super effective. I just rub soap on the stains and brush it. Really amazing.

How about you? What ways are you doing for this kind of stains?

One of my problem. 
Correct using safe guard is effective or zonrox color bleach. But sometimes i dont want to use bleach because it make the uniform thin like its make makunat.
