Being a single mom

Motherhood is the hardest non paying job of all and its for a lifetime being a mother is not a lesson learned in school it is the greatest gift any woman can receive from above that is why a child is called a blessing the strenght of a mother cannot be measured and her love towards her child is unconditional and whatever a normal mother or parent do for her children with a help of her spouse the job is more harder for a single mom like me especially on my part having no support especially in financial aspects it is my choice to be a single mom tho bcoz i need to protect my kids in any harm from their father rather from the consequences that a drug dependent person can get from his vice i was scared of the thjngs that gets worst and worst bcoz their father is badly hook on drugs and leaving him was the strongest thing i ever did in my life why? Bcoz when i left our house i bring along with me my four children then my money was just enough for our transportation fare going to my parents house i dont even had a job that time and that my family is not well off to support our needs but i didnt thought of that time bcoz what was clear to me is to stay away from my husband i took that chance i had to escape from him and start living our lives without him at the start it was hard bcoz all my children had to stop from schooling secondly i have discovered that i was three month pregnant to my fifth child such a terrible life indeed how can i start where will i begin and just after several weeks i get a chance to meet a high school classmate and friend she was the first who gave me a chance to stand on my own to provide for my kids she hired me as a staff in her salon bzness and from time to time giving me extra income thru baby sitting her baby but when my tummy was getting bigger too she hired me in her house to be a governess until i gave birth to my fifth child i have to stopped working for her to take care of my baby and in order to get money to provide my kids i put up a small business an eatery that offers snack food and bbq or ihaw ihaw foods sometimes i git on call jobs to clean a house or laundry from other friends and neighbors and it became a regular job for me that i been able to bring again my kids in school its all difficult and really a tough life for me but quitting was a never a choice my love for my kids is what keeps me strong so if you are a parent a mother or a single mom never let a bad chapter in your life breaks you down but instead let it motivate you to be a stronger person than you were always remember that the hardest battle is given to God's greatest warrior and so i am very proud of myself being a single mother

Wow your really a brave person sis. Im also a singlemom and i am now struggling a lot. Its really not easy. Sometimes i feel jealous when im seeing women who is loved by their husband, im asking God sometimes why im not lucky with men. But that's life.
