How to gain confidence?

I always see myself that im going near to 30 years old and i feel that i havent achieve anything, That my life has no progress. I cant help but compare myself to my other batchmates and friends and even family members same as my age.
I know im not the only person who is experiencing this.

I hope you can share your thoughts or give advice by replying in this forum. Help me grow ❤️

Hi you are not alone. Me too, im also feeling this way. Because its my choice to be a Mother. The moment i choose to be a mom i know already that there will be a big changes and it will be difficult. Everyday im fighting to survive our daily life, my bills and expenses. Everything alone with my 3 kids. Just dont compare yourself to others.
I learned to be happy and contented with my life right now because my kids is my life and top priority right now. When they grow up i can still go back to my studies. Cheer up

Feeling is mutual my failed marriage resulted my lost of self confidence or low self esteem i began to question my worth as a person but i bear in my mind that i have io fight all these i just instill in my mind that there is a purpose why things have to happened and that life has to go on
