Eversince i was diagnosed with thyroid problem my main problem is my HAIR.
It was very alarming because my hairfall is so severe. That i have alopecia and bald spots.
When you have thyroid problem one of the main reasons is the hormones. Hormonal imbalance.
And you can have a bad hair due to environment, lifestyle, if your smoking and drinking alcohol, weather and stress.
Sharing my personal experience.
1. According to my doctor i need to have a wash day schedule. When my hair fall is so severe, she recommend that i will wash my hair only twice a week. Washing my hair everyday also makes my hair to get damage.
2. Hair mask i used this for my dry hair, one of the best treatment for damage hairs. If you want to hydrate your hair.
3. For shampoo im using Head and shoulders, and Hair skin lab.
For conditioner im using Keratin.
My doctor said you need to alternate using shampoo and conditioner.
(For today shampoo only, for tomorrow conditioner)
4. You can also use Hair serums, if you have frizzy hair.
5. Avoid coloring your hair if you can specially using bleach.
6. If your using hair straigthener always, it can damage your hair also because of the heat.
7. When i have alopecia, i use VCO virgin coconut oil for my hair and scalp and im using BLACK BEAUTY shampoo amd conditioner. Really effective if you want to grow your hair.
I hope this helps, its been 3 years now that my hair is black, before im trying different colors and dye my hair, pink, red and purple haha.
Your hair also needs a rest ❤️ Love your hair.
