Since i have thyroid problem, one of my problem is my thyroid hormones attacking my potassium and calcium levels.

There is one time that my potassium level got low, the symptoms is so traumatizing. There are times that im stumbling, my legs is weak i cant climb the stairs, muscle and body pain and also cramps, tingling sensations and numbness.

Ensuring healthy bones means ensuring a happier life ahead. Being active with daily exercises, consuming healthy foods, that are rich in calcium like milk, eggs, lady fingers (okra) which is my favorite. i just steamed it and dip it on soy sauce with calamansi. Sweet potatoes, peanuts and beans. These are affordable yet calcium rich food that will surely help you achive a healthier and happier bones.

Since its world osteoporis day i want to share what im doing personally to strengthen my bones. (Please see attached picture)

sis why don't you try collagen supplement. Collagen is a protein responsible for healthy joints and skin elasticity, or stretchiness. Try hydrolyzed collagen. But its better to consult your doctor first .
