LTR but still no engagement ring

new trauma unlocked haha being in a long term relationship but still not engaged

All relationships are different, some are not finacially and emotionally capable to get married
Some are not ready.
I remember my grandma said you need to be engaged having a ring is assurance, being married is assurance.
But i dont think so still a 50/50 and case to case basis. Ring is not really 100% assurance.

For me settle when youre ready. know what you want. if you want a ring and he doesnt, leave. if you both dont want a ring, dont listen to the society
