Using reused cooking oils

Is it safe to reuse cooking oil?
Ofcourse many of us already know that reusing cooking oil many times is very harmful for many reasons. in fact you can see it on google that it can cause chronic diseases and the root cause of most diseases like obesity, heart disease and diabetes.
But when you search on google it says that frying oil can be reused up to eight times.
But for me, personally i have different bottles for my used oil and have labels. for meat and for fish. maximum for me, is 3 times, After that i disposed them already
And we dont have idea if restaurants is using reused oils in cooking so HOME COOKED IS STILL THE BEST.
