Kimchi

Im a kdrama lover so i really loved korean foods and products

Before the name of kimchi is CHIMCHAE which means soaked vegetables
Then evolves into kimchi/gimchi
Because its fermented it can be a help to our gut health because it can give us more good bacteria who helped us have strong resistance
Its rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, C, K, FOLATE, BETA CAROTENE, POTASSIUM, CALCIUM AND CHOLINE

But if you want to do it your own just be carefull and make sure all the preparations, hands and tools is safe and clean to prevent food poisoning.
If you eat too much you will suffer from hyperacidity because of the hint of spicy.
Its okay to eat this with general public but if you will experience adverse effect ofcourse you need to stop consuming it or just eat in moderation.

wow kimchi, one my fav too. But sometimes the smell is too strong. I dont know if it depends of how it make or it really like that. But anyway i love eating kimchi with some grilled pork or even fried. Best combo for me.
