Vaping is not safe

Some says just use VAPE its much safer than cigarettes. No THATS NOT TRUE.
because we have VALI (Vaping Associated Lung Injury)

I learned that vaping can damage lungs because of its components like VITAMIN E Acetate normally you can find it in foods, supplements, other skincare healthy and safe to eat and apply in skin but vitamin E is NOT SAFE WHEN WE INHALE IT.

When the vitamin E acetate is exposed in heat it will produce toxic and poisonus chemical gas called KETENE and its the one who is damaging the lungs.
You can have cancer, inflammation of thle lungs (pamamaga ng baga) or pulmonary (tubig sa baga)

Before im using vape but now its been 2 years already since i stopped. Its really addicting. so i experienced and suffered withdrawal symptoms too. I encourage everyone to stop smoking cigarettes and vaping. none is good.
Stop it while its not too late. Love your lungs

No matter how much my coworkers entice me to try vape, I still won't try it. I know that's really bad
