Mochi corn balls

Mochi Corn Balls

Ingredients:
Coconut Cream
glutinous rice flour
Cream Corn
sugar
Melted margarine
Egg
vanilla extract
Salt
Baking powder
Pancake syrup


1. In a bowl combine wet ingredients: Coconut cream, Cream Corn, egg and margarine. Stir. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients: glutinous rice flour, cigar, salt and baking powder. Then mix.
2. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix and add the vanilla extract.
3. Coat the takoyaki pan with margarine. Add batter mixture, stir when cooked and add more mixture until cooked.
4. Put pancake syrup
Then serve

Perfect for snack or for merienda for your little ones. That snack is one of the favourite of my grandchildren

Wow! i love mochi i want to try that recipe. i always make potato balls for my daughter , but potato is little bit pricey now that's why i cancel that in our list of merienda. Im not good in cooking but i try my best. Practice makes perfect

I think mochi comes from korea correct me if im wrong waaaahhhh. Ilove mochi with filling specially the ube flavor i dont want plain mochi it taste like rice cake waaahh
