Buy a house or Rent?

What is really ok? Filipinos is always debating when it comes to this topic.
But i want to know the perspective of members here.

Because for me ofcourse renting or buying a house there's advantages and disadvantages right.
I mean, for me if your really capable enough you really have a good job and income then go for buying a house.

Because we are renting. And we are hearing other people why not buy a house instead of renting? Because we really cant afford we have a lot of debts. Even though me and my siblings have work, we also have our own family already.

But now. I want to ask here about your opinions. Help me grow and learn about this topic thankyou

Think about what else you can do to increase or to have additional income
Find another job if possible three or more jobs that you can do. Because now it is very easy to buy what you want if you have enough money. But if we dont have that we really have no choice but to rent.
Just dont mind other opinion specially the marites in your area hehe

Many people really cant afford to buy a house, so they are enduring paying the rent.
But honestly now that i saw your post it made me think that i also need to have my own house.
To be honest we are not renting. But its my parents house, i live with my siblings too.

As a mom of 3 i want a privacy i want to have my own space. I am now want to learn how i can have my own house if i dont have a big money. Maybe a rent to own i dont know haha.

I also want to buy our own house, I have a house in our province but my husbands workplace is here. I still want to be close to my husband so we are still renting a house. We dont know yet if we can build a house, the savings are not enough for the amount of bills and everyday goods.
