Hot cake during my elementary Days ❤️

Hot cake during elementary days. That is my favorite merienda during my elementary Days after school or before going to school its very simple recipe but memorable for me

Recipe:
flour
salt
baking powder
sugar
fresh/evaporated milk
Egg
tbsp oil
yellow coloring

Mix everything
Cook in low heat, brush/spray non stick pan with oil. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter, cover. Once it bubbles up, flip it then cover and in 1 minute it's good to go.
Brush it with margarine and sprinkle with sugar then serve it.
Very simple but delicious
