Filipinos have many kinds of lumpia one of them is the Lumpiang Togue.
Ready your veggies
Onions
Carrots
Green beans
Cabbage
Bean sprouts and Tofu
I just saute the garlic and onions
I also like to add meat so i add ground pork
Add beef cubes
Carrots
Then i add the bean sprouts i put magic sarap, oyster sauce and pepper (powder) after 5 minutes i add the green beans and cabbage when everything is cooked i put the tofu.
By the way i already fried the tofu before cooking my veggies, put the tofu with flour and magic sarap and just fry it.
The lumpia wrapper i bought it on the wet market you know what to do in here i dont need to explain how to wrapped it haha
For my sauce i just mix the vinegar sugar and soy sauce. You can add onions and red chili if you want
And that's it. The healthy lumpia
