I really like it when the adobo has NO SAUCE. i like it dry all you can see is the oil that comes from the pork because all of the sauce is absorb by the pork.
Prepare and chop garlic and onions
Get your caserole, just a little oil fry onion then garlic put the pork add your beef cubes (many people use pork cubes, but for me, beef is much tastier) stir fry and put powdered pepper, magic sarap, soy sauce mix and let it simmer for a few minutes, you will see that the pork will absorb the soy sauce and all was left is the oil from the pork add vinegar.
(i dont use measuring, i just estimate everything depends on my taste)
add water until the pork is tender.
add bayleaves and powdered pepper and oyster sauce.
And that's it. Super yummy pork adobong tuyo. Optional you can add chili if you want spicy
