I use this app to monitor my next period (menstruation) In here, you can also see the important dates such as your Fertility Window and Ovulation period. 

​​​​​​You will see a circle in some days and that is the Fertility window meaning there's a small to medium chance that you will get pregnant.

You will see a oblong or egg shape in one of the day and that is the Ovulation window meaning there's a high chance that you will get pregnant. 

So if your not using any contraceptives those were the days that you need to be alert. 

You can also see the date of your expected period. If you have your period today for example, jst click the date today Feb 13, and click the Period starts. 

Been using this for almost 8 years now. Really amazing i love it.
