My Pork Humba

INGREDIENTS

Pork
Onions
Garlic
Soy sauce
Pineapple juice
Whole pepper and crack
Banana leaves
Black Beans
Sugar
Vinegar

Cooking time
Wash all the ingredients, especially the meat
Heat oil in a pot and fry the meat
When goldenbron is seen, take it and just set it aside
Sauté the onion and garlic, then add the meat, add dry pepper and let it boil first, then add the pineapple juice and sugar and  laurel let it boil again. 
After the meat is soft, add the Banana leaf and black bean, adding water if necessary. Let it boil and add the vinegar 
 

My humba serve with rice
