Pancit

As Filipinos, it is our tradition that during celebrations, pancit is never absent. No matter what type of pancit it is bihon, canton, miki, sotanghon, and so on—pancit is always present. During celebrations, pancit is always there not only because it's affordable but also because it's a very delicious snack. It can be stuffed into bread, squeezed with calamansi, and sometimes even served as a main dish.  We Filipinos also believe that pancit brings long life, which is why it is always present during celebrations.
