Palabok

PALABOK is one of the famous noodles dish here in Phillipines.
everyone knows about our famous pancit. BUT if you want to visit our country this is a must try. 
palabok is a real deal here 
in fact, there are restaurants who puts up palabok in their menu such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. 
if you will look for palabok many will recommend "Pancit Malabon"
you may encounter different kinds or version. but the best for me is the original recipe, just the noodles and,  sauce with the eggs and shrimp, chicharon and tinapa powder. 
some like it with shrimp but its a no for me. 
specially in the morning there are people who is selling foods for breakfast and yes there is palabok for breakfast.
