Ofcourse cheap food, there is karinderya where the price is less than 100 pesos you can have 2 kinds of dishes already and ask for a free soup. cheap rice meals there is SILOG meals.
Im a filipina that is contented with the type of living where as long we survive everyday we are okay. As long as we pay our bills, we run a small online shop for business, we do online jobs, we have food for everyday, the money that we earn is just enough and sufficient for our daily needs. If we want to travel we need to save. A simple life for me is WORK, PROVIDE, SAVE MONEY AND TRAVEL. We can enjoy life and not push ourself by working too hard. Good thing my country is the BEST if you want to unwind.
Ofcourse Philippines is not 100 percent magical and perfect, the people and places is indeed awesome. but just like other countries, Nobodys perfect so you will still encounter bad experiences along the way.
