VALID ID ( IN THE PHILIPPINES)

It's hard to get an valid ID here in the Philippines.
We know that as a person it is normal and you should have at least one valid ID so that you have an identity and know that you are a citizen here in the Philippines, but why is it so difficult to get an identification card or ID here in the Philippines specially the government Id.
when you need to get an ID, their requirements are that you must have a valid ID before you can get one, how can get one?
it's funny to think that there are so many fake ID factories spreading here in the Philippines. It is very serious matter and it seems that many people are tempted to take illega things like this to speed up the process.

I hope Filipinos will realize that our life will become more complicated if we try illegal activities. let's be more patient so that our life can be easy. There are many more ways, even if you dont understand what they asking you . It's not bad to ask and try to ask help to others in getting it. Once you get an id, your next ones will be quick. Atleast You have nothing to fear that they might find out that your document is fake.

Hahaha this is true. I dont really get the logic. I remember before i dont have any ID's so i get one, but they are looking for an ID too. Like what the heck, i have none thats why im getting haha. And we have too many ID's. In other countries they only have 1 or 2 and that it.

I experienced that, all i do is get a postal id . I think it cost 500+ and after 2weeks you can get it. That is my first government Id
