Saging Con Yelo

I read on google that they called it Saging Con Hielo. But its one of the very trending summertime deserts here in the Philippines. 

Saging (banana) con Yelo (ice)
Sweetened banana, The type of banana is "Saba" I dont know how they cook it. But when we buy it the banana is already cooked and soaked wirh sugar syrup ❤️

Super yummy. Then they will add evaporated milk and ice. Optional is you can add sago (tapioca pearls) and that's it.

Its more good with crashice, and some sago hehehe but that simple saging con yelo is perfectly good also yummy very refreshing for summer season

This is delicious some will add langka but is that even the original saging con yelo? When you add that kind of topping it will look like halo halo already

I believe yes some is adding langka on saging con yelo. I think its just okay. It will be called halo halo only if you will also add the beans, nata, ube, leche flan. The usual halo halo ingredients. But adding langka for me its still saging con yelo
 

this is my favorite, summer or not i always crave for saging con yelo i actually like it without ice
