Pancit Habhab

This is the continuation of my story that started with Kamay ni Hesus this is pancit habhab 

Pancit habhab is a popular Filipino dish its Pancit dish from the province of Quezon, specifically Lucban. It is the favorite pancit recipe of my father the pancit habhab. It consists of noodles i thinks its fried mixed with meat vegetables, and seafood, you enjoy eating it with vinegar. Perfect for merienda with a coke. Hehehei miss my father now

Pancit habhab have a very unique way of eating It directly from a banana leaf without using utensils, thats why the name habhab which meaning to eat without utensils. This practice is believed to enhance the flavor of the dish. Pancit habhab can typically be found in food stall local eateries , and markets throughout Quezon province, particularly in Lucban and nearby towns. It's a must-try for anyone looking to experience authentic Filipino food .

Pancit habhab holds a special place in my heart as my favorite dish, tender noodles with a savory sauces, paired with juicy meats and crisp veggies. But what truly makes it stand out is the way it's enjoyed slurped straight from a banana leaf, i miss pancit habhab
