Rellenong Bangus

Some says Bangus is the Philippines National Fish. But some people says that is not true. Regardless, Bangus is one of the popular fish in our country. According to google its Milkfish in english.

I like it when its boneless, Marinate it with vinegar, pepper some salt and ofcourse garlic we marinate it for overnight and cook it for breakfast its super yummy guys.

But my favorite is Rellenong Bangus to be honest i dont know how they stuffed all the ingredients inside and the skin of the fish is still intact. 
For me, Rellenong Bangus is the yummiest and healthiest at the same time. 
All i know is they stuffed onions, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and raisins. 
There are barbecue stalls (ihaw ihaw) that offers rellenong bangus along with pusit.

Thats my wife favorite fish but not for me because of many bones hustle to eat. But when it comes rellenong bangus. Thumps up for me thats our favorite pulutan. And also i love it with rice. I dont want to have conflict while eating because of the bone thats why I want it boneless

Youre right Ero most people have Boneless Bangus when drinking alcohol.
