Potato Corner Job Requirements

Just recently its been trending on all socmed platform about what a popular fries company the POTATO CORNER looked for their employees or hiring a service crew ..actually it is no longer surprising at all regarding job qualifications here in our country as they say "onli in da pilipins" among the qualifications that they mentioned were pleasing personality with a good set of teeth that the height must be proportioned to the weight fair skinned tone among others that create laughing stocks among the netizens was there really a job descrimination and that does the company being insensitive over this why dont they just look over the skills and thd capabilities of someone applying for a certain job im sure one would choose a job to apply for because he she believes that he she is capable of that work what should our government do about this and in my own opinion these job requirements is one the reason why underemployment is at high level in out country and why many filipinos prefer to work abroad than here
