This is really alarming. That's why i dont posts pictures of my child on facebook i mean i still do, but i am now more aware what is allowed to post.
That's why i bought a phone with big storage or memory also i can store more photos without deleting. Im also planning to buy a digicam so i can develop the pictures and put it on photo album.
And to think that many offenders is "Foreigners" This is also an awareness to the single mothers that please be careful when dealing with a new suitor or boyfriend.
Its very alarming how this predators/pedophiles can think something sexual to a child or minor. Im always telling my kids, i educate them always about their private parts. They need to learn how to protect their self. That they are the one's responsible with their body and what will happen if they let other people touch them. Specially my kids is all 3 girls. Limiting gadget time is also a big help and using google parental control is a must.
Also restrict them from having their own facebook account, Trust me, i experienced this to my daughter, there is someone who has been chatting her, who wants go be friends, i checked the profile it was a girl, then i found out it was a guy when he calls my daughter. My daughter is only 13years old.
Dont expose too much skin of your kids when you post their pictures online specially when taking a bath, on a swimsuit. You'll really never know how this predator/pedophile thingking.
Not just girls, they also have a victim that is boys so be aware.
