So many fire around metro manila

Is it because summer has already started? Oh dear, it is already common specially in places where houses is close to each other or informal settlers. I dont know but mostly the reason is there are people who is doing Jumper on the electricty. 
They are connecting a jumper wire to the electric post, so they can have FREE ELECTRICITY
Imagine, when you go to the places you can call squatters area some of the houses there they even have aircondition rooms. It's really bad i hope government can do something about this.
