Another worst BAR experience

This is at Poblacion makati, my overall rate is 5/10. Upon entering the bar, Gosh its like HELL. ITS SUUUUPER HOT because the ac is broken and they cant run it. It feels like were in oven :evil:

Most people are teens, very GENZ. There are a group of girls there that is looking for a fight, and very arrogant. This girls 19 to 22 years old. Can u imagine that? So annoying.

Plus no MC so the crowd the crowd is low energy.

Its just that were so upset we reserve our tables and paid in advance and this is what we experience. And we got messages from other people that its not the first time that this bar is like this.

I hope they can give me a refund or discount or anything just to comfort us because were so disappointed.

why they accept customers at the first place, if the ac is broken? they always think of money and not the comfort of customers

Well the manager said they didn't expect that the fixing of the aircon will take long. One of my worst experience they dont even offer a discount or refund 🙄😏
