The struggle of being a solo parent

I've been separated for almost 12 yrs already and that means i am being a solo parent as well to my five children i never expected this scenario will hit me bcoz since i was in high school one of my greatest dream is to raise a family of my own but it wasn't that easy even at the very beginning of my marriage life there were lits of struggles already me and my exhusband became on and off in our relationship bcoz of some outside factors not until after 11 years of marriage that i made that turning point in my life of leaving him that i brought along my four kids then not knowing i was pregnant that time to my fifth child.we went to my parent's house and chose to live with them so that they can look after my kids while i work that time i have no job in order to sustain our needs i sell different stuffs and goods to friends and neighborhood i did collect junk things and sold them to buy foods i also did laundry job and housecleaning as extra works until i got hired in my present work as househelper which gives me sustainable income that i been able to bring all my children to school the word quit and surrender is not in my system bcoz my children still needs me and my world revolves around them for the rest of my life..this experience has made me the strong woman i am now
