Maybe someone here knows what to do if the SIM card registered to my GCash has expired. I need the OTP, but the SIM card can't receive messages anymore because it expired. I hope someone can help.

go to gcash/globe center and request another sim card with the same number.

Try to send ticket in gcash, try to search send ticket in gcash. They will contact you thru email.
