Is it ok to remove water festival?

are you in favor of removing san juan festival/watta watta festival also known as water festival?
do they really need to celebrate it with using water? or by splashing water to each other and to other people?

​​​​​​for me they can still celebrate it. maybe the mayor need to have it in one place like an open place or field. just like concerts locations. and everyone who will go there is okay to be wet with water. 
sadly there is a law already but the netizens still violate it. what are your opinion about this?

Government officials of that place really need to implement strict law about that. I mean,I have watched videos there are policeman on the streets but They cant do something about the people throwing waters to the people. I hate it When theres people Getting hurt. Some is damage to own things because it Gets wet
