For the record, ANYTHING, can be recorded--there is no way to prevent a guy from recording you.
On the other hand, it is, in America highly illegal for an American to share/post/upload sexual images without the permission of the person being photographed. Unfortunately, it's illegality is determined by state law. (And we have 50 different states in America). Sell porn--I think not. Porn is so ubiquitous that virtually no porn has any sale value. In fact, I believe that most illegally posted porn is "revenge porn," which happens when a woman "dumps" a guy.
Ultimately, sharing of sexual images should be, if done at all, based upon trust.
Interestingly, a common scenario is a foreign woman who gets a guy to show sexual images of himself and then she (though it might be a guy posting as a she--and this is not uncommon, for I have seen this, then threatens to show the videos of the guy to people at his workplace or family. So, there is risk on both sides.
Perhaps "R" rated images or sharing might be a wise choice?
