What is your best herbal medicine?

Weather is changing again. So many people again is getting sick nowadays.

Were just drinking Ginger. We just boil ginger with water then if you want to drink it you can put honey. And we are making calamansi juice. Before were drinking Oregano but its so bitter. Malunggay were just boiling it with water onions and put salt then we have a malunggay soup its yummy and healthy

Sambong also possesses antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Blumea balsamifera or sambong is a common medicinal plant found throughout the Philippines. It is common in open fields, grasslands, and waste areas, at low and medium altitudes. It also occurs in China, Hainan, Bhutan, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam[23].
