Who should say HI or HELLO first? Is it the Filipina Girl or Foreigner first?

Hello there everyone! I have been sneaking from time to time on this website and checking new activities and chats from co-members, and lately, I have noticed a few of Filipina members would always ask or say there were no ex-pats or foreigners they can chat and talk to... How then they can find true love
In this time and age, I don't think it is going to be a problem for you ladies to send your first HI or HELLO. You just have to look into the members tab and say your HI to anyone you would like to be connected with right? Based on my experience, they appreciate it a lot for as long as you are true to your words and always stay humble.

Hello everyone hope everything fine here in this site.I know many members here are looking for a chatmate or friends or to become a future partner someday,perhaps it needs a little time to wait and who knows we can find here.actually lets move to our topic here is who should say hi or hello first?For me I don't really matter who say hi or hello first cause there nothing wrong if am the one who send first,because say hi or hello first is just like a greating or she or he was getting polite nods and hello and hi is like used to attract someone's attention or use of expressing feelings.That is why I don't really matters at all if I'm the one who say hi or hello first that is my style and hope everyone here is doing good and taker always to us.God bless everyone here stay healthy and beautiful always.Good luck to us.

As a man I can confirm that it is flattering if a girl takes the initiative to say hi first.

And I think you would think the same thing if the man message you first amongst so many other girls, you are one of the select few he want to try and connect with.

So, I would say both is fine.

Yes your right sir aksel it is flattering is someone who say hi to us first but of course it will be exciting as well to get to know that person in that part.

Foreign first

For me, as my experience the most first to say Hi/ hello is the foreigner☺ there is no problem to say first a hello/hi to your friend either you or a foreigner
