Money Saving Tips?

What your effective meal planning and grocery shopping tips And some money saving tips ? I really struggle with budgeting my money especially when it comes to meals I dont know if I should just buy ready to eat food from eateries or cook at home to save money

I like to plan my meals for the week ahead It helps me stay organized and ensures I buy only what I need at the store I make a list of ingredients based on the mealsSay yes for cooking and no for eating out, cooking at home generally saves a lot of money compared to eating at restaurants or getting takeout all the time. But if youre short on time or energy your only option is ready to eat meals not always  just try not to make it a habit 

I dont know f I save more with items in sachets compared to those in containers like shampoo, soap powder, etc. What do you think
