What qualities do you wish your partner had? And what qualities don't you like?

What qualities do you wish your husband had? And what qualities don't you like?

I love how hardworking he is, he is so very hardworking person as in he doing his very best in every word he mad and the qualities i dont like to his is he get annoyed very fast i wish that he have long patience. Sometimes even small things its a big deal to him and he is very serious 

how about you guys 

What I love about my husband is how kind and incredibly family oriented he are, both with my family and theirs. I cant say enough good things about that. But what I dont like is their excessive socializing, to the point that he cant say no to drinking sessions, stuff like that.

I think that is the most every girls problem to our  boys. Hahaha we cant control that if the guys wants to and he says " were just having fun, its been a long day at work i want to relax for a while" what should we reply to that phrase waaahhhh

Im not asking for anything else, but theres one thing I want him to reduce. He's just too sleepy. To the point that im so inggit to him how quickly he can fall asleep.
