When you go for night swimming, there is an additional fee at the entrance of 30 pesos, so 130 pesos per head and 80 per kids. 
The place is very nice, very comfortable, they have a large swimming pool and a pool for kids. This place is good for family reunion, or friends gathering or seminar or some outing. 
The area is surrounded by bermuda grass and trees. 
The area is very quiet at night and very peaceful. 
The area is fully gated and secure, the BBQ grills are free and their parking space is very spacious.
